Add-on commutation drive control board

The Vx4++ drive controller performs all control functions commonly performed on the logic board of an AC servo drive amplifier. Functions such as sinusoidal commutation, current loop, velocity loop, peak current limit and the like are performed on the logic board of a servo amplifier. These functions are collectively performed by Vx4++, eliminating the entire signal processing demand on the logic board of a servo amplifier. The signal processing performed by Vx4++ will eliminate the noise pickup which is typical of the analog signal transmission from a position controller to a servo amplifier. Using Vx4++, this transmission is digital and is done via the DSP bus.
