A companion to the add-on tracking resolver-to-digital converter, RDC-VME, is a high speed position capture (1 microsecond/position capture) board. This board in conjunction with an RDC4 module (see RDC4 resolver to digital converter product) places the captured positions on the VME bus. The position capture can be triggered by one or more of the external TTL signals or, via a host-based software.
